We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Mommy and Gianni show off their matching PJs.

Vinny, RJ, and Sophia check out her new tools.

No more Papa, please no more!

No more getting lost for Cherie...she has her new Garmin.

Daddy, you said we were going to watch football!

Grammie and Gianni check out the Christmas spread.

Sophia poses on Christmas day in front of Nana and Papa's tree.

Merry Christmas from the Spencers!

Happy Birthday Daddy!!!

One last family picture.

Once we left Brockton, we headed to the submarine to drop of some cookies. Gianni and Sophia love to visit Daddy's work.

Sophia and Gianni drive Daddy's submarine.

Captain Gianni is ready for his meal.

And we finally return home after a fun-filled day.

Sophia wants everyone to see her Christmas tree...she decorated it herself.

Gianni takes a ride on Sophia the pony.

EagleBank Bowl

The Spencers braved a New England snow storm to head south for the EagleBank Bowl in Washington, DC. After 11 1/2 hours with the kiddies in the car, we were all ready to relax in our hotel room. We awoke early the next morning to cheer Navy on to victory (apparently we did not cheer loudly enough).

Sophia, Gianni, and Mommy are all bundled up and waiting for the train.

Sophia enjoys all of the goodies at the Navy tailgater (thank goodness it was indoors)!

The Brigade of Midshipmen marches on the field.

Sophia and Daddy smile for the camera.

Gianni...not so much smiling going on.

Go Navy, Navy, Navy...Beat Wake Forest.

Alas, Navy did not win. However, we had a wonderful weekend. Sophia's favorite part of the trip...the escalator down to the train.

Steelers 33, Patriots 10

In the interest of good sportsmanship (and a happy marriage) John and Brenda put aside their differences to attend the Pats/Steelers game at Gillette Stadium.

John and Brenda don their gametime uniforms.

Who wouldn't want to watch a game in freezing rain? Good thing they sell mugs of hot cocoa!

Pats are gearing up to run all over the Steelers.

John enjoys the game (and his fifth beer).

Ouch, that was not a good play.

Still smiling, not matter the outcome!

Brenda (and the guy behind her) are the only two Pats fans left at the game.

Santa sails into town

The weekend after Thanksgiving, Santa made his arrival in Mystic on a tug boat. The Spencers were there to greet him.

Cheese!

Waiting for Santa's arrival

Sophia waves hello to Santa

Ho! Ho! Ho! (If you squint, you can actually see Santa)

Santa appears to be walking out of Daddy's ear.

But where are all the reindeer?

Sophia and Mimi pose in front of the Mystic Seaport.

I am just sittin' here wait for my toys!

Don't be fooled...we are freezing our behinds off!

Take a closer look. I really think there is a tooth in here somewhere!

Extreme close up!!!!!!!

Tah-dah! Now watch me make him disappear.

Sophia loves her little brother!

Mimi goes to Broadway!

The day after Thanksgiving, John and Mom made a trip to New York City to celebrate Mom's birthday.

Mom and John made a quick stop by the Philadelphia prior to getting on the train for NYC.

Arriving at Penn Station.

Mom posing in front of the Hirschfield Theatre.

A quick lunch stop before heading to broadway (who knew Mom ate sushi?).
