Winter Activities

We enjoyed being in Massachusetts for a good old-fashioned New England winter.  Luckily for us, we only got a small taste of what the Cold Meiser can do!

Sophia, Gianni, and Daddy head outside for the first set of winter activities.

The kids build a friendly snowman.

The family gets together to celebrate Grammie's 94th birthday.

Grammie is surrounded by all of her great-grandkids.

Next, we head to Newport, RI to visit the Mahers.  Here we are walking to First Beach.

Gianni enjoys throwing rocks into the water (is this every boys desire?).

Sophia and Maeve are deep in discussion about the complicated life of a 5 year old.

The Klingensmiths come to town for a visit and we head to Minuteman Park.

Every minuteman needs a rifle.

...and some dandelions!

The kids enjoy rolling around in the field of flowers.

And of course, they need to make silly faces.

Our next stop is the USS Constitution and museum.

Nana treats the kids to a fun day at Disney on Ice.

Back to Newport and a ride on the train.

Gianni has a super-fun playdate with Sean.  Here, they cruise around in the fire truck.  Who gave that kid a license?

Finally, we head to Lakeville and visit with Chase and Riley for a great day at the park.
