John was able to take a week off from work for a Spencer Family vacation. So we headed down to one of our favorite places...Virginia Beach. We started off the week with a triathlon in memory of our friend Matt Mason. Scott Wolaver organized this annual event on the Dam Neck naval base.

Its so much fun to be in our old neighborhood.
Clearly, Sophia and Gianni are enjoying it.
Maybe we will make our way back to VA Beach some day!
